Postpartum offerings
Postpartum is often overlooked by parents when planning for their birth & they may not know how to ask for support. Don’t wait until you’re running on fumes to invest in your postpartum, it matters as much as your birth! Hiring a Doula can make a lasting impression for families. Our services range from Nesting parties before baby, to placenta encapsulation & hourly support or packaged options after baby!
NICU & Bereavement support

Here you will find a variety of services tailored to support a range of circumstances including NICU & bereavement postpartum support.
Childbirth Education
We offer a 4.5-hour in-home childbirth education session that condenses my full holistic and evidence-based online course into a personalized, hands-on experience. This session covers everything from physiological birth and informed decision-making to comfort measures and postpartum planning. Designed for families who prefer face-to-face guidance, it's a comprehensive and customizable option rooted in empowerment and whole-person care.
