I will provide you with any support, resources, and information that will help you feel confident in your ability to make decisions for you and your baby.. You can expect your individual goals for birth to be the foundation of our relationship throughout this journey.

Your Pregnancy & Birth Bestie!

  • Free Consultation to ensure that you feel I’m a good fit for your journey

  • Unlimited phone/email support from the time of hire

  • 2 prenatals beginning at 26 weeks with one being in home around 34-37 weeks

  • One on one “crash course” in the basics of Childbirth education with hands on coaching.

  • Feedback on your birth plan, answering questions or concerns.

  • A List of resources ranging from postpartum support, lactation counseling and support, birthing/child care classes and books, local mom support groups, and even placenta encapsulation referrals.

  • Continuous attendance/support throughout labor and birth.

  • 2 postpartum visits the first being two weeks from delivery, and second at six weeks post delivery.

  • 24/7 support beginning 2 weeks prior to your due date, or up to 8 weeks prior for high risk clients.

  • Emotional support for both the birthing person and their partner.

  • Continued Support after birth. This means I will be present with you to assist with any questions or concerns. This includes until your settled in and breastfeeding is established if that is your wish.

  • You will have access to all my knowledge and experiences

  • This package will also include a photograph/video consent form for those who’d be interested in having their birth documented.

 

Planning a Belly Birth?

  • One on one “crash course” on recovering from a belly birth. We will create a postpartum cart and go over some home remedies for healing.

  • Feedback on your birth plan, answering questions or concerns.

  • A List of resources ranging from postpartum support, lactation counseling and support, birthing/child care classes and books, local mom support groups, and even placenta encapsulation referrals

  • 2 postpartum visits the first being one week from delivery, and second at six weeks post delivery.

  • 24/7 support beginning 2 weeks prior to your due date, or up to 8 weeks prior for high risk clients.

  • Emotional support for both the birthing person and their partner.

Birth Coach Bestie!

(In home 90min crash course, included when you book Doula support, but is offered without the commitment of a package fee.)

1 on 1 child birth education on the basics of pain management and the physiology of birth. You will also learn some newborn tips!

Parents will learn the following;

  • The benefits of and how to use a birth ball & peanut ball (for more than just sitting)

  • The basics of the stages of labor & dilation

  • Hands on coping techniques like sifting, hip squeezes, counter pressure, and understanding a TENS unit

  • Basic natural remedies for prepping for labor ( red raspberry tea, dates, spinning babies, & the miles circuit)

  • Evidence based info on epidurals, nitrous oxide, and spinal taps.

  • Basics on postpartum changes

  • ALL of this will be included in the lesson as well as some awesome resources for more evidence based education. Parents will also receive matching handouts for these topics as well as TWO breastfeeding guides!

Let’s plan your nesting party or Blessingway!

This is a ceremony to honor new mothers on their pregnancy journey by surrounding them with their community and lifting them up with love, support, inspiring and encouraging words, as well as pampering them. The fee covers cost of food, potential supplies, and coordination of celebration. What can this look like? Imagine your closest and dearest friends coming together to meal prep, deep clean, organize, and nourish you! Sometimes it can be creating a birth necklace from beads gifted by this circle, belly casting, henna decorating, cacao ceremony, passing along kind words or advice from the circle, and more. Options for this experience are open to the mother’s preferences. This is an in home celebration.

Deep cleaning services (Hourly)

Have you hit your nesting phase? Are you feeling overwhelmed by your home? Needing a hand with maintaining the details as you get further along? I will ensure you can come home to unwind & bond as a family with the cleaning already off the list… From fresh linens, laundry put away, & organized dishes, to citrus & lavender scents, clean floors, sinks, toilets, tubs, even the trash taken out & bathrooms replenished. I am here to keep your space feeling like home!

Extended Travel fee (Add-on)

This is a one time expense that covers travel cost for all clients over 2 hours away from Madison Georgia. Postpartum care will be planned at a packaged rate.

 

Payment

Currently Born Again services is unable to accept insurance claims. However, I do offer payment plans on a case by case basis, starting with a 30% retainer due at signing. Payment options are discussed during consultations.

Military discount: 15%

Public Service discount: 10% (EMT, F & R, Officers)
