  • You get to rest, shower, be fed, and supported.

  • I can assist with feedings, supervising nap time, the days laundry, dishes, meal prep, and even errands if that’s what you need.

  • I will give you the support needed for you to follow the expected 5-5-5 rule.

  • I’m always ready to hold space for emotional days

  • I’m available anytime between 7am & 7pm for postpartum work

Mama’s Nest

Are you feeling overwhelmed in postpartum? Maybe you’re still recovering, and your partner is back to work? We’d be happy to help with maintaining your home! This means your Doula will come in and do a 2-3 hour tidy up to ensure you’re able to focus on you and baby as you navigate this new transition. Placenta Encapsulation

(À La Carte options available)

“Placentophagy (ingestion of the placenta) is not a new phenomenon, but it has become increasingly popular in the birthing community in recent years. Many people report that after taking placenta pills in their immediate postpartum period, they experienced more mood stability, increased energy, and a happier postpartum experience. For most people, the goal of placenta encapsulation is to help them transition through the early postpartum days with faster healing, faster hormonal balancing, and to return to their bodies a little of what they lost during childbirth.”

  • If encapsulated, you can expect to receive as many capsules as your placenta will produce.

  • Placenta print and keepsake

  • Placenta salve (Bees Wax with hemp seed oil, lavender, and calendula)

  • Placenta tincture (requires 6-8wk fermentation in 80 proof Vodka)

Extended Travel fee (Add-on)

This is a one time expense that covers travel cost for all clients over 2 hours away from Madison Georgia. Postpartum care will be planned at a packaged rate.
